Postage, delivery, exchange and returns

Charming friends,

Yes we are happy to post in Australia and internationally. If you would like an international delivery, please email us at thedarlingsisters@live.com for a quote.

We endeavour to post all orders within two business days of receiving an order.

Please note that unless you specifically request Express Post, we use standard parcel post. 

Parcel post usually arrives at its Australian destination within around 5 business days, but this can be much slower around busy times such as Christmas. Once the parcel has left us we can't, sadly, perform postal miracles. As far as we know.

Express Post guarantees delivery within Australia on the next business day, to most urban centres. And we can track its progress - hooray!

We want your order to show up in time, so please let us know if you have a deadline, and if you do, please consider selecting the Express Post option. 

We want our customers to be happy! To this end:

  • If you have ordered a garment and the size turns out to be wrong for your lovely body (naughty garment), we will exchange for a different size if available, or else you can return it for shop credit. If we absolutely cannot fit you with something you'll love, then we will consider a full refund on receipt of the returned garment.

  • If your order is faulty on delivery (we do our best to check all orders before they are sent out to avoid this), you can return it for a refund or exchange - your choice.

  • If your order mysteriously fails to arrive, let us know when you start to suspect something ... untoward things do happen to poor innocent packages! We can track it for you and if something has gone wrong we'll get a replacement to you as fast as we can hurry to the post office.

If you do return a garment, you must email us first to make arrangements. Please ensure that the returned garment is clean and unworn and still has its tags ... so that it can find a loving home with somebody else.
